Policies
To make a reservation, please give me a call at (613) 565-6700 between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. (Ottawa time). You can also e-mail me at: kingedward525@hotmail.com
If I advise you that I have availability, I will require a valid credit card number (VISA or Mastercard) and expiry date. While I do not put a charge on your card until you arrive at the B&B, I will hold the room for you with it. Once at the B&B, you may pay with the same card or a different credit card, debit card or cash. I will also need to know your approximate time of arrival and whether you require parking.
Cancellations: A one week notice is required. You will be charged the first night's stay if I am unable to re-book the room. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, I ask that you please let me know as soon as possible, so that I may offer the room to another potential customer.
Seasonal Information: Open year-round. Two night minimum stay except when we have a one day space to fill.
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in can be at any agreed-upon time. I ask that you please check-out time by 10:30 a.m. so that we can finish cleaning the rooms for the next guests, but guests may return to pick up bags.
